All programs are delivered by our highly trained Balance Team, consisting of Doctoral-Level Physical Therapists (DPTs) and Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) with advanced training in neurologic and vestibular rehabilitation.

Travel Ready Conditioning Program

Travel presents unique physical challenges uneven terrain, stairs, long walking distances, luggage handling, airport navigation, and prolonged sitting that can increase swelling and fatigue. This program prepares you physically so you can fully enjoy your trip without fear of falling or exhaustion.

In-Home Balance & Gait Restoration Services
Expert balance rehabilitation delivered in the comfort of your home.
For individuals who:
· Prefer private in-home sessions
· Have limited transportation
· Require environment-specific training
· Are transitioning from hospital or rehab settings

Our highly trained team provides individualized gait, balance, and vestibular rehabilitation in your home environment, allowing training to be directly applied to real-life daily activities.

· $250 per session with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
· $125 per session with a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Comprehensive Home Safety Assessment
A proactive approach to preventing falls where they most commonly occur at home.
Falls most often happen in familiar environments. This detailed in-home evaluation identifies risk factors and provides clear, practical recommendations to improve safety and accessibility.
